I woke up this morning at 3 a.m. There was a terrible storm. The thunder and wind were very loud. I did get back to sleep.<\/p>

When I stepped outside, the sun was out and hardly any wind at all.<\/p>

In the financial world, we hear the talking heads on TV. They tend to amplify drama because it is more exciting. Excitement is used to increase ratings, but probably does not help investor behavior.<\/p>
